The Pro 500 is a Heat Exchanger HX boiler, semi-automatic espresso
machine with a E61 group head. The classic design of the polished
stainless steel housing with a
high-end, massive E 61 brewing group is rounded off by the nostalgic
rotary valves. These are low-wear and easy to handle, thanks to
spring-loaded technology.
With the practical PID display, you have the option to set the steam
temperature and therefore the pressure in the boiler for milk frothing
and to change the extraction temperature at the brew group according to
your needs.
HX Heat Exchanger Boiler

2 Professional Pressure Gauges
Check your brewing pressure giving you great feedback on your espresso dial in success. The steam boiler pressure gauge will give you feedback on the status of the Heat Exchanger.
None Burn Steam and Hot Water Wands
Milk won’t get stuck on the steam wand and is easy to clean. Just purge the steam after use. The 2 hole steam tip is perfect for creating silky micro foam.

The Pro 500 features a massive E61 Group Head. The E61 Group Head is constantly heated with water from the thermosyphon
system for temperature stability. It also features a pre-infusion

Handmade & High-End Construction
The machine is housed
