large 65mm burrs that grind quickly to dosing options and precise (but
easy to dial in) stepless grinding, you may just fall in love!
Programming the Fausto is easy, and doesn’t require any menu navigation.
Instead, you can simply select the shot you’d like to program and press
the plus or minus buttons until the screen displays your preferred
time.
You can also grind manually by pressing the single and double shot
buttons simultaneously. Fluffy grinds dispense evenly down the chute
into the center of your resting portafilter which is propped up for
hands free grinding. To access the large 65mm burrs for cleaning, or
just to swap between roasts, the hopper can be stopped and easily
removed. It not only looks the part
standing next to any of the machines in Rocket’s line, its knockout
high-performance will keep pace with any of them too.

Stepless Grinder: Some fear the time investment of
dialing in a stepless grinder, but the Fausto’s micrometric adjustment
makes achieving the perfect grind easy. As an added bonus, adjustments
are made to the bottom burr. This means that the Fausto grinder
maintains its calibration through disassembly and cleaning of the
internal burrs. -
65mm Burrs: With 65mm flat burrs, the Fausto

Sizable Bean Hopper: This bean hopper holds over
