The Pro 300 is a dual boiler, semi-automatic espresso machine with a ring brew group. Depending on your needs, the PRO 300 may be used as a single boiler. The advantage as a single boiler is the short 5 minute heat-up time for making espresso.
The stainless steel, steam and hot water boiler may be switched on or off at any time. The desired brew temperature can be regulated via the PID display. The display shows the espresso brewing time in seconds, as well.
Dual-Boiler
The independent, insulated stainless-steel
boilers provide stable temperatures and allow you to change your brew
temperatures to get the best flavor out of your coffee. You can brew and
steam at the same time, as well. This is invaluable for everyone who
likes making specialty drinks or for entertaining guests.

Advanced PID Controller
Control boiler temperature for searching out
those elusive coffee flavors. The integrated shot timer compliments this
by giving you a live readout of how long you’ve been pulling your shot. Also includes programmable ECO-Mode.

None Burn Steam and Hot Water Wands
Milk won’t get stuck on the steam wand and is easy to clean. Just purge the steam after use. The 2 hole steam tip is perfect for creating silky micro foam.
Ring Group Head 58mm
The Pro 300 does not feature an E61 but a Ring Group Head. This group head is heating up faster, 10 minutes, and provides a stable temperature throughout brewing. Most E61 compatible porta-filters will fit this group head.

Highest flexibility

Handmade & High-End Construction
The machine is housed
in mirror-finish, stainless steel panels. It rests on a one-piece
internal steel frame, which protects it from bending or bowing during
shipping or as the result of continuous use. Features a subtle, black coloured PID display for individual adjustment of the temperatures and to indicate the coffee brewing time (shot timer).
